OMG (Our Mighty Good) Brownies
1 pkg your favorite brownie mix
1 pkg Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows (we like Kahlua, Crème de Menthe, Peppermint or Sambuca)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup pecan pieces (optional)
Prepare brownie mix according to directions on package and bake as directed. While brownies are baking, cut Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows into small pieces (snip with scissors dipped in hot water to prevent sticking). Remove brownies from oven and immediately top with marshmallow pieces, chocolate chips and pecans, making sure to distribute each evenly over entire surface of brownies. Return pan to oven for a minute or two until melty.
CAUTION: Allow to cool before eating!!!
Marshmallow Krispies
2 pkg Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows (favorites are Toasted Marshmallow, Lemonade or Tutti Frutti)
4 Tbsp Butter
6 cups puffed rice cereal
In a 6 quart pan, melt marshmallows and butter over low heat, stirring to prevent scorching. When melted, remove from heat and quickly stir in 6 cups crisped rice cereal. Turn into an 8” or 9” buttered pan, pressing to fill the corners. When cool, cut into 16 squares.

Cinnamon Baked Apples
Rome Apples

Dolcezza Cinnamon Bun Marshmallows per apple
1 pat of butter per apple
Peel top half of each apple and take out core being careful not to break through the bottom of the apple. Stuff each apple with 3 marshmallows. Top with pat of butter. Set apples in shallow glass baking dish and pour ¼” water in bottom of pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. Test apples for doneness with tip of a sharp knife—knife should slide in easily without resistance. Bake longer if necessary. When apples are done, set remaining marshmallow on top of hole and return to oven just long enough to melt. Serve immediately as a side dish for a pork or chicken meal, or as a dessert.

Popcorn Balls
2 pkg Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows
4 Tbsp Butter
6-8 cups popped popcorn
In a 6 quart pan, melt marshmallows and butter over low heat, stirring to prevent scorching. When melted, remove from heat and quickly stir in 6-8 cups popped popcorn, coating well. To keep from burning hands while shaping balls, coat fingers and palms with cold butter. Shape into 12 small or 6 large balls. When cool, wrap individually in plastic wrap.

Sweet and Salty Snackin’ Corn
2 pkg Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows (Toasted Marshmallow flavor)
4 Tbsp. butter
5 cups popped popcorn
1 cup skinless peanuts (roasted or dry roasted)
In a 6 quart pan, melt marshmallows and butter over low heat, stirring to prevent scorching. When melted, remove from heat and quickly stir in popped popcorn and peanuts, coating well. Turn out onto buttered 11x15” pan, use two forks to spread and separate. Eat immediately. If there’s any leftover, break into bite-sized pieces and store in a sealed plastic bag.
Mom’s Best Sweet Potatoes
2 pkg Dolcezza Cinnamon Bun Marshmallows
4 large sweet potatoes
4 Tbsp margarine
2 Tbsp heavy cream
½ cup packed brown sugar
Pinch salt
Microwave or bake sweet potatoes till tender, remove skins and mash with margarine, cream, brown sugar and salt. Spray shallow baking dish with non-stick spray and spread in the mashed sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 until hot, about 18 min. Cut marshmallows into small pieces with kitchen shears (dip shears in warm water to prevent sticking). Remove sweet potatoes from oven and top with marshmallow pieces. Return to oven until marshmallows are melted and slightly browned, about 4 to 6 min. Serve immediately.
*For a special treat, sprinkle with ½ cup pecan pieces or toffee pieces when marshmallows are added.
Quick Dinner Sweet Potatoes
3-4 Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows per person
(Cinnamon Bun or Toasted Marshmallow)
1 medium sweet potato per person
Microwave or bake sweet potatoes until tender, split open and pop in marshmallows. Pop back into oven or microwave just long enough to begin the melting.
*For a lighter flavor, try Lemonade or Cranberry Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows
Magic Double-Disappearing Puffs
1 pkg Dolcezza Cinnamon Bun Marshmallows
1 tube refrigerated Crescent Rolls (Pillsbury brand works well).
Remove dough from tube and separate into triangles. Slightly flatten each with your hand. Place 1-2 marshmallow in center of each triangle, bring up sides and seal seams to completely enclose marshmallow. Place on Silpat® or foil-lined baking sheet for easier cleanup. Bake in 350 degree oven till lightly browned, about 10 min. Serve immediately with hot chocolate or coffee and more Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows!
*The Magic is how easy these treats are, the Double-Disappearing is that the marshmallows disappear within the puff and the puffs disappear off the plate!
Christmas Cranberry Salad
1 cup raw cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 small pkg red Jello (strawberry, cherry or black cherry, or raspberry)
1 pkg Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows (Cranberry or Orange-Cardamom)
1 large apple, peeled and diced
1/2 cup pecans, broken into small pieces
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
Rinse and inspect cranberries (throw out stems and soft or bruised berries), place in large saucepan with water and sugar, bring to boil and cook till cranberries have all popped. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and Jello powder. Allow to cool, add apple, pecans and celery. Pour into gelatin ring or a pretty glass bowl and chill till set.
