Are Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows vegetarian?
No. Gelatin is a central ingredient in our recipe, and gelatin is an animal product.
Are Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows kosher?
No. Again, the gelatin in our recipe is not a kosher product.
How long will Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows last?
Shelf life is mostly dependent on storage conditions - please store in a sealed, air-tight container or bag with most of the air pressed out.. We highly recommend that you enjoy these treats within 2-3 weeks. Slightly stale marshmallows can be revived by a quick (2-3 second) zap in the microwave.
All is not lost if your marshmallows stick around a little too long - most of our flavors will make a very tasty Crispy!
What do people with sensitive allergies need to know?
Currently none of our flavors contain nuts, but we do use almond extracts and amaretto which are nut based. We also produce other confections such as cookies, cakes and pies that do contain nuts, so please be advised that Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows may possibly come into contact with utensils or surfaces that may have been in contact with nuts.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
All packages are shipping Priority Mail to ensure freshness and reduce the amount of time products are exposed to extreme weather. Most retail orders are shipped in Priority Flat Rate boxes. This rate is currently $8.95. We can fit a lot of marshmallows in these boxes, so save on shipping and order lots of marshmallows for your friends and family too!
Wholesale and larger orders will incur different shipping charges which will be calculated upon shipping.
Do any Dolcezza Artisan Marshmallows contain alcohol?
Vanilla and flavorings may contain alcohol, but by the end of the cooking process virtually all of the alcohol has evaporated.
