I have always been inspired and intrigued by the artisanal way the Italians approach all their arts, including cooking and baking. That's how I approach my craft too - everything is made in small batches, by hand, using scratch recipes. Choosing an Italian name for my business is my way of paying homage to the inspiration that I find in centuries of Italian craftsmanship.

My earliest memories are of me and my mom in the kitchen. Through her bakery, restaurant and catering company I came to appreciate the creativity and artfulness of food preparation and presentation. Although my parents have told me repeatedly how hard food service is, I cannot overcome the genetics involved here-I am the fourth generation of bakers and restauranteurs in my family...I've got four generations of recipes and formulas from real brick and mortar restaurants and bakeries to offer to you!
